With the rapid development of the electronics industry, integration chips are increasing, there are some troubles for small screen printing machines: 1 working table. The working table cant meet high accuracy;2 manual scraper. There are error in angle, pressure and speed. 3  the printing consistency cant be meet; 4 it is difficult to position FPC.  Manual screen printing machine T4030V solutes above problems and have appied national patent. Using T4030V, electronic works can print FPC with low cost.

With vacuum absorbtion platform, T4030V is suitable for FPC and thinner PCB.

working principle

1 x, y, z axis and angle can be precision adjusted, position between welding pad on the PCB and holes on the template by adjusting axis. Adjust distance between PCB and template by lifting platform.  

2 The level of position platform is less than 5 um.

3 Template is manufactured in numerical control center which can improve level and accuracy. It is convenient for installing template.

4 the fixed shelf of template can be adjusted by position head to improve position accuracy.   

5 the lift of template is finished by micro-power systems of spring, it doesnt need weight hammer. It can save printing area.   

6 with vacuum absorb platform, outer vacuum pump to position and print FPC and PCB. At the same time it can meet abnormity components, glass, silicon chip and scutcheon.
