1.Introduction:
SR180 Infrared reflow oven(for short reflow oven) is new developed SMT reflow oven which is used in maintaining electronical products. the reflow oven use far infrared heating elements and temperature components. Through micro-precision control, so that the reflow temperature curve in compliance with the production of SMT reflow process requirements, precision and adjustable "the temperature curve" can meet the different parameters of the paste material requirements. With welding equipment, maintenance, drying and other features.
2.SR180 operation process
There are "to weld" and "maintenance " two operation parameters can be chosen, "Reflow" designed for welding components and circuit board , heating, heat preservation(set welding) and descent temperature; "maintenance" designed for the demolition of circuit boards and components , entire operation process including heating and heating preservation, there is no descent temperature compared to "reflow".

The maximum heating temperature range can be set up in 50 -250 . Set up in accordance with your request . If welding, the temperature should be in the range of 200 -250 , if the dryer is out, the temperature should be at about 125 , the maximum should not exceed 150 .
